Welcome to my world!  The web site is officially done, created, designed and up & running.   Feel free to bounce around on any of the tabbed categories.  

• Christmas Cards/Letters (1998 to current; adding Outtakes shortly – the cards that were shot down by spousal unit Johnny, and son Patrick).
• Recipes (some from 50 years ago by Siiri Holm, caterer extraordinaire, that are rare and awesome).
• The articles I have published through Go Big Multimedia that covers the cities of Wyandotte, Southgate, Riverview, Trenton, and Grosse Ile; this section will be expanded as more articles are published over time (I never knew my real calling was as a journalist – and it figures, I finally work out what I want to be when I grow up and now all the scientists are calling for the collapse of civilization – perfect!).

My world consists of three eras:   My upbringing by city airport in the Inner City of Detroit, my 13-year relationship with Aarni Kurikka and his family (they kept me and kicked him out – long story), and lastly, my 30-year marriage (so far) with Johnny, with son Patrick along for 27 of those years.  We rarely get any alone time and when we do, we zonk out in our comfy chairs!  Interspersed throughout these eras are friendships with a good number of people who I hope won’t mind finding themselves on here now and then.   I am surrounded by people in my house, at my job, and in my neighborhood but I kind of like being by myself though!  Not much time for that so I grab it when the opportunity arises and I can play around here.

All along these last two eras, I have worked in the legal field for various law firms and governmental entities but as that is going to wind down in the next year or so, I’ll be ramping this up more and more.

My web guy, John Stout, has the patience of a saint as I have tried for a couple years to figure this out on my own.  He built the infrastructure for a very reasonable price, and I’m surprised that I’m actually on my way.   He also built in some comment stuff, so feel free!
