A bit about me:

Writer, somewhat bossy, pain in the neck to a few, but lots of fun to many. Over 45 years in the legal field as secretary, paralegal, case manager – that many years working with attorneys will do that to you. Transitioning into retirement in the next 12-24 months and will expand this site while I learn how to navigate it. I’m an optimist, an ardent tree hugger and have bits of knowledge, experience, and opinions to share.  You can’t help but  laugh at the insanity that surrounds us in our present world, so let us all be kind to each other while we work through this madness.    

Stats: Old lady (almost 70), married 30 years, one 27-year-old son, three year old cat, brand new Bolt EUV!  NOT website-savvy but learning.

My writing is creative non-fiction, and a cross between a couple of fabulous old ladies who are no longer with us:  Phyllis Diller and Erma Bombeck.  Look them up if you aren’t familiar with them!   I’m saving my Chelsea Handler and Nicole Wallace stuff for post-retirement.

I also do a bit of journalist work on the side.

As for the picture above, that’s Sterling State Park in Monroe.   If you haven’t been, it’s worth the drive.
